Our Online Zoom classes have really taken off and it seems this is a popular method for fitness and clients for the future ! MAC FIT, is fully set up online and currently offers a wide range of classes with great variety to suit all and times Mon -Sunday. Members have requested that online classes will continue after lock down is lifted and option for in MAC FIT studio classes too.
During the lock down, it became evident that online training is very popular and convenient for clients. The great variety of classes and times allows clients to book in anytime and dont have to leave there own home/office and family. Everyone agrees they can time manage their day to allow for a 30 mins workout, into their schedule. A tough 30 minute workout with #FightingMac and this is something the whole family can get involved in.
Alternatively clients may also like the variety and opportunity to get into the studio and workout with equipment and in person with MAC. This will also be an option on the booking schedule as well as group sessions in studio. All services can be seen on the site and app and booked in person and paid by papal on by cash on arrival.
